酿酒葡萄品种资源果实重要性状的统计分析研究

         

摘要

In order to set scientific and reasonable breeding goal of wine grape, scientifically carry out the work of selection and breeding excellent wine grape varieties, the statistical analysis of quality characters data on 233 wine grape varieties which were recorded in Chinese Vinegrape and Corpus of New Grape Varieties was carried out, which included average weight of fruit cluster and berry, cluster compactness, pericarp color and thickness, soluble solid content, titratable acidity and juice yield of berry, et al. The results demonstrated that the average weight of fruit cluster and berry, fruit soluble solids, titratable acid content and juice yield exist abundant genetic diversity, the variation coefficient was 10.3%~54.1%, coefficient of variation in the juice yield is minimal. In all statistics varieties, the varieties for tight clusters accounted for 58.6%;the varieties accounted for 73.4%, pericarp of which was thick, thicker or medium thick;varieties with white color were most, followed by black variety, red varieties were less. We should combine the breeding rule and market needs, establish the breeding goal reasonably and select improved varieties.%为有助于科学合理地制定葡萄育种目标,开展优良酿酒葡萄品种的选育工作,本文对《中国葡萄志》及《葡萄新品种汇编》等记载的233个酿酒葡萄品种果穗和果粒的平均质量、果穗紧密度、果皮颜色、厚度、果实可溶性固形物、可滴定酸含量和出汁率等重要品质性状进行了统计分析。结果表明,酿酒葡萄品种在果穗和果粒的平均质量、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸含量和出汁率等方面均存在丰富的遗传多样性,变异系数在10.3%~54.1%,其中出汁率变异系数最小。果穗紧的品种最多,占58.6%;果皮厚、较厚和中等厚的品种占统计品种的73.4%;果皮颜色以白色品种最多,其次是黑色品种,红色品种较少。应结合育种规律和市场需要,合理制定酿酒葡萄育种目标,进行优良品种的选育。
