β-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷的合成研究

         

摘要

以三甲氧基硅烷与4-乙烯基环氧环己烷为原料、氯铂酸-吩噻嗪-三苯基磷异丙醉溶液为催化剂,通过硅氢加成反应得β-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷,讨论了影响硅氢加成反应的主要因紊.最佳合成工艺:铂的质量分数为3×10-6、反应温度95~105℃、反应时间为1.5 h、原料配比三甲氧基硅烷/4-乙烯基环氧环己烷的量之比为1.05,在此条件下β-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷的收率达 92.3%.%β - (3,4 - epoxycyclohexyl) ethyltrimethoxysilane ( A - 186) was synthesized from 1,2 -epoxy - 4 - vinycyclohexane and trimethoxysilane catalyzed by chloroplatinic acid - phenothiazine-triphenylphosphine system. The main effects of the reaction on the yield were discussed and the optimum experimental conditions were found. Results showed that the yield of A - 186 reached 92. 3% at 95 ~ 105℃ , when the mass fraction of platinum was 3 × 10 -6, the molar ratio of trimethoxysilane and 1 ,2 - epoxy - 4 - vinycyclohexane was 1. 05 , the reaction time was 1. 5 hours, and the yield of β - (3,4 - epoxycyclohexyl) ethyltrimethoxysilane was 92. 3% .
