Uniform design was used to optimize the preparation of one-part addition-type liquid silicone rubber for electronic packaging adhesive. Regression analysis showed that the correlation between the test parameter (y) and the amount of hydrogen-containing silicone oil (x1), silicon resin (x2), silica (x3) and/ tackifier (x4) was described by multiple linear regression equation (y = - 112. 545 -6. 932x1+26. 932x2 + 1. 25x3+6. 477x4) , and the multiple correlation coefficient was 0. 981. The effects of the contents on the test parameters were discussed, and the optimal formulation of single component addition-type liquid silicone' rubber for electronic packaging adhesive was obtained, which were 100. Og vinyl silicone oil, 5. 60g hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 8. 50g silicon resin, 3. 50g silica, 2. 90g tackifier, 2. OOg titanium dioxide, 0. 05g platinum catalyst and 0.10g inhibitor.%通过均匀设计方法对电子封装用单组分加成型液体硅橡胶的制备进行了优化,采用Excel软件对均匀设计试验结果进行了回归分析.结果表明:测试指标(y)与含氢硅油(x1)、硅树脂(x2)、白炭黑(x3)和增粘剂(x4)用量之间满足线性回归方程y=-112.545-6.932x1+26.932x2+1.25x3+6.477x4,其复相关系数R=0.981,分析了各因素对测试指标的影响程度.在此基础上,优化得出了电子封装用单组分加成型液体硅橡胶的配方为:乙烯基硅油100.00 g,合氢硅油5.60g,硅树脂8.50 g,白炭黑3.50 g,增粘剂2.90 g,二氧化钛2.00 g,铂催化剂0.05 g,抑制剂0.10g.
