The paper summarized the progress of some novel polymer precursors,such as a high precursor yield of polycarbosilane,liquid polycarbosilane,and modified polymethylsilane.The prospect was proposed.%综述了高陶瓷产率聚碳硅烷、液态聚碳硅烷、改性聚甲基硅烷等新型先驱体聚合物的研究进展，并展望了发展前景。
