Using DB-5 as stationary phase , 1,1,1,3,5,5,5-heptamethyltrisiloxane was detect by cap-illary gas chromatography .Under the same chromatographic conditions , the qualitative analysis was carried out according to the retention values of the peak on the chromatogram of the standard samples and the actual sam -ples.Then the quantitative analysis of 1,1,1,3,5,5,5-heptamethyltrisiloxane was detected by area normali-zation .The absolute error was less than 1%and the relative standard deviation was less than 3%.%以DB－5为固定相、采用毛细管气相色谱仪检测1，1，1，3，5，5，5－七甲基三硅氧烷。在相同色谱条件下，根据标准样品和实际样品的保留时间对色谱图上的峰进行定性分析；采用面积归一法对1，1，1，3，5，5，5－七甲基三硅氧烷进行定量分析。测定结果的绝对误差小于1．0％，相对标准偏差小于3％。
