电力用阻燃型硅橡胶自粘带的研制

         

摘要

以甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为基料、 气相法白炭黑为填料、 羟基硅油为结构控制剂、2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰为硫化剂、 含硼聚硅氧烷为增粘剂、 添加氢氧化铝和硅微粉等,制得电力用阻燃型硅橡胶自粘带.研究了增粘剂的种类和用量、 氢氧化铝、 硅微粉对硅橡胶自粘带性能的影响.结果表明,含硼增粘剂可以提高硅橡胶的自粘性,且硅微粉与氢氧化铝具有协同效应,提高硅橡胶的阻燃性.较佳配方为:100份110-2硅橡胶、4份羟基硅油、40份气相法白炭黑,再加入16份增粘剂、60份氢氧化铝和20份硅微粉.按此配方制得的硅橡胶自粘带的阻燃等级达到FV-0级,自粘力8.2 N/cm,拉伸强度4.5 MPa,拉断伸长率为307%,电气强度23.2 kV/mm.%A self-adhesion silicone rubber tape electric power was prepared by methyl vinyl silicone rub-ber, fumed silica, hydroxyl silicone oil, 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl perodxide, boron-containing polysiloxane tackifi-er, aluminum hydroxide and microsilica as the raw materials. It was studied the type and quantity of the tacki-fier, the effect of aluminum hydroxide and microsilica powder on the properties of the self-adhesive silicone rubber tape. Results indicate that the boron-containing tackifier can improve the self-adhesion of silicone rub-ber. The microsilica has synergistic effect with aluminum hydroxide to improve the flame-retardant of silicone rubber. When the tape is made by 100 phr of 110-2 silicone, 4 phr of hydroxyl oil, 40 phr of fumed silica into 16 phr of tackifier, 60 phr of aluminum hydroxide and 20 phr of microsilica, the vertical burning level of the anti-pollution flashover tape eaches to level FV-0, self-adhesion of 8. 2 N/cm, tensile strength of 4. 5 MPa, an elongation ratio of 307%, and a breakdown strength of 23. 2 kV/mm.
