用于汽车玻璃的高强度MS胶研究

         

摘要

The high strength silane-modified polyether ( MS) adhesive and polyurethane ( PU) adhesive were used in automobile glass repairing .Then both adhensives were compared the adhesion , curing , aging re-sistance , environmental protection and safety .Results show that MS adhesive has similar properties with PU adhesive , while MS adhesive bonds well in automobile glass repairing .MS adhesive bonds well with glass , steel, and other common substrates after 1d curing.PU adhesive shows an obvious slow bond to some other substrates .MS adhesive cures at 70℃without bubbles , but PU adhesive appears bubbles above 40℃.MS ad-hesive shows no pollutant emission after 12 months exposure , but PU adhesive comes out the pollutant emission just for 1 month.The content of volatile organic compounds in MS adhesive is slow , while that in PU adhesive is higher .The adhesive strength and shear strength of MS adhesive repaired with itself or each other with PU adhesive meets the requirements in front windshield of the car and bus in crash , which shows it is an ideal in windshield glass repairing .%将自制高强度硅烷改性聚醚(MS)胶和聚氨酯(PU)胶用于汽车玻璃的维修,对比了其粘接性、 硫化性、 耐老化性、 环保性和安全性.结果表明,高强度MS胶与PU胶的基本性能相近,但高强度MS胶用于汽车玻璃维修时拥有更多优势.高强度MS胶养护1 d后就能与玻璃、 金属等常用基材形成良好粘接,PU胶对部分基材表现出明显的慢粘现象;高强度MS胶在70℃时硫化无气泡,PU胶硫化温度高于40℃后胶体内开始有气泡出现;高强度MS胶在曝晒12个月后表面无污染物析出,PU胶曝晒1个月后即析出污染物;高强度MS胶的挥发性有机物含量较低,PU胶的挥发性有机物含量较高;高强度MS胶与PU胶自修补与交叉修补条件下的粘接强度和剪切强度均明显大于估算得到的典型小汽车和大巴车碰撞时所需的相对最大粘接强度和相对最大剪切强度,能满足前挡风玻璃维修用胶粘剂的要求.
