论外文文献资源开发利用的困境及解决方案

摘要

As the deep-going of international visits and cultural exchanges,and foreign information＇s being infiltrated,foreign language literature becomes an important window to understand other countries.However,barriers of professional terminology in foreign periodicals,cross-cultural and retrieval,and lack of innovation in the acquisition,collection,compilation,application and network development of foreign periodicals,bring about inefficient and blocked when disseminate foreign information resources.Due to multiple factors that influence the exploitation and utilization of foreign literature resources,we must seek an effective way to explore and utilize foreign literature resources.%随着国际间文化交流和互访的不断深入、外文信息的逐渐汇入,外文文献成为人们了解其它国家的重要窗口.然而,由于外刊专业术语障碍、跨文化障碍、检索语言障碍,以及外刊文献在采集、馆藏、编译、应用和网络开发中创新性不足,直接导致了外文图书信息资源传播不通畅、利用率低.针对影响外刊文献资源开发利用的诸多因素,给出了一条有利于外文文献资源开发利用的有效途径.
