在分析川东北地区经济发展现状和扶贫开发等基础上,提出创建生态脱贫创新机制、加快川东北地区推进新型城镇化建设机制、完善公众参与机制、创新片区合作机制、组织生态移民、完善生态补偿机制等建设机制.%Based on the analysis of the current situation of healthy economic development and anti-poverty development, this paper puts forward some healthy innovation mechanism to promote the construction of new urbanization mechanism, to perfect the public participation mechanism, cooperation mechanism and organization innovation area of ecological migration and to improve the ecological compensation mechanism and so on.
