大学卓越法律人才培养中“论辩教学法”有效性的提升

     

摘要

The qualified debate competence is the core professional ability for the law talents. The“Debate Pedagogy”, aiming at the upgrade of students' debating competence, meets the demands of the teaching reform, does good to the improvement of teaching effect and more effectively trains the law talents. At present, it has certain conflict with the previous law education system, which limits its effectiveness, so it is best to improve its overall status and coordination power with other courses, during which such crucial steps should be included as task prior to class, students' warming up, teachers' lecture and conclusion after class.%合格的论辩能力是卓越法律人才的核心职业能力。以提升学生法律论辩能力为目标的论辩教学法顺应了我国法律实践教学改革的需要,有利于提高法学教学的质量,更有效地培养复合型卓越法律人才。现有论辩教学法的运用过程与我国法学教育体制之间存在一定冲突,使其有效性受到限制。应不断提高论辩教学法在卓越法律人才培养模式与方法中的总体地位,提高其与相关教学过程的协同融贯能力,使其技术流程有效涵盖课前任务安排、学生初步学习、教师课堂讲授、课后验收总结等几个关键环节,以提高论辩教学法的有效性。
