高校辅导员培训体系的再设计--基于教学系统设计(ISD)模型

     

摘要

According to the theoretical frame of Instructional System Design ( ISD), the counsellors training system will be redesigned. Compared with the traditional model, this model is based on the theory learning, which put stress on the learners. Secondly, it is systematics, which changes the focus on course into the focus on the teaching system, including the five modules:analysis, design, development, actualization, and evaluement. Thirdly, it is operable because it points out the stresses, difficulties and attention in each step.%借鉴教学系统设计(Instructional System Design ,ISD)模式的理论框架,提出基于ISD理论框架的辅导员培训体系设计模型。相较于传统的辅导员培训设计,该模型一是以学习理论作为模型构建基础,强调以学习者为中心;二是体现了系统性特征,将培训从仅仅关注课程延伸为关注教学系统,提出了分析、设计、开发、实施、评价五大模块;三是体现了可操作性特征,对模型每个环节的重点、难点及注意问题进行了说明,便于实际操作。
