随着社会多元化的发展，高校公寓管理的模式和以公寓为阵地对学生进行的思想政治教育也面临着前所未有的挑战，旧的管理制度已经不符合高校人性化、和谐化的发展要求。对高校传统公寓管理模式存在的问题进行剖析，并以提高管理人员水平素质、完善公寓管理制度、提高学生公寓基础设施、实施管理部门责任制度化、增加公寓管理学生干部队伍、以公寓为阵地加强对学生思想政治教育等方面为重心来论述新形势下改进公寓管理模式和以公寓为阵地对学生思想政治教育的重要性。%With the development of social diversity, Mode and apartment to apartment management in institutions of higher learning on students ' ideological and political education is faced with unprecedented challenges. The old management system already is not in conformity with the humanity, harmonization in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional management mode of university and take improving the quality management level, perfecting the system of apartment management, enhancing the student apartment infrastructure, implementing the management responsibility institutionalization, increasing student apartment management team, strengthening ideological and political education to the student for the position of apartment as the center of gravity to strengthen and improve the apartment management mode and the importance of ideological and political education to the student under the new situation.
