湖南省地市级体育社团组织管理活动发展现状的研究

摘要

Making use of the methods of literature, surveys and interviews, this paper investigates and research on the current situation of Hunan municipal sports associations. The result shows that the form of organizing activities and work focus of Hunan municipal sports associations have development well, but there are some questions, such as： Lacking of independence, limited times of organizing activities, lack of standardization, democratic and institutionalized on the founding and management of sports associations. This paper puts forwards some suggestions so as to afford some real bases on the reform and development of Hunan municipal sports associations.%本文运用文献资料、问卷调查，访谈等方法，对湖南省地市级体育社团现状进行了调查研究，结果显示：湖南地市级体育社团组织活动的形式和工作重心有较好的发展，但其存在过于缺乏独立性，组织活动次数不多，社团建设与管理比较缺乏规范化、民主化、制度化，对政府的依赖程度还比较高等问题。提出了一些建议，为湖南省地市级体育社团的改革与发展提供现实依据。
