河南省中小学体育场馆对社会开放的三种管理模式效果分析

         

摘要

In order to solve the contradiction between the current social workers sports venues resource shortage and waste of resources of the school gymnasium, school sports stadium for the open society has been the government department in charge of promoting and encouraging. In terms of school, how to open, how to manage, is managers and executives are concerned with the problem of. Study, mainly through research and other methods of typical case, the stadium of middle and primary schools in Henan Province on three common patterns of social opening management of advantages and disadvantages and application features are analyzed. Think that management mode should be selected according to the condition of economic development characteristics and the exercise of each school facilities, the surrounding environment, the local people’s economic capacity and other factors, on the premise of insisting on the public welfare, select the appropriate management decision.%为解决当前社会人员体育场馆资源不足和学校场馆资源浪费的矛盾,学校体育场馆面向社会开放已得到政府主管部门的倡导和鼓励。对学校而言,怎么开放、如何管理,是管理者和执行者较为关注的问题。研究中主要通过对典型案例进行调研等方法,对河南省中小学体育场馆对社会开放管理的三种常见模式的优缺点和适用特征进行了分析。认为管理模式的选择应根据各学校的场地设施条件、周边环境、本地区的经济发展状况特点和锻炼者的经济承受能力等因素,在坚持公益性的前提下,选择相应的经营决策。
