Under this background, Chinese Football grasps the “corner overtaking opportunity”, purifying League Football soil, establishing Occupational League Council, increasing autonomy of the Football Club. Besides, schools should open up the channel for talent growth by establishing youth-training system to cultivate high-level football talents. The Football Association should unhook connections with General Administration of Sports, truly realizing government regulation separated from management. The national team should be given more funds and set up scientific training bases.
