试探户外体验式培训师职业魅力的塑造

Outdoor experiential training industry, Beijing Ren Zhong Ren training institutions is named “outdoor training” which brought in mainland since 1995. After nearly 20 years of development, has gradually been accepted by the enterprises and society. Outdoor experiential trainers as the leader and impeller of this industry, the position plays an important role in the development of industry. Through literature analysis, social practice method, expert interview method, observation method, combining the current situation of outdoor experiential trainers and giving advice and guidance on how to shape profession charm of the outdoor trainers, to promote outdoor experiential trainers’ of professional ability, accelerate the healthy and rapid development of outdoor training industry.%户外体验式培训行业，自1995年北京人众人培训机构以“拓展训练”命名引入大陆后，经过近20年的发展，已逐渐被企业、社会所接受。户外体验式培训师作为这个行业的主导者和推动者，地位在行业发展中举足轻重。通过文献资料分析法、专家访谈法，结合户外体验式培训师的现状，就如何塑造户外培训师职业魅力给予建议和指导，提升户外体验式培训师的职业能力，促进户外培训行业快速健康的发展。
