文章运用了文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法.对成都市农村群众参与体育锻炼的情况、对体育的认识、体育意识等进行了分析.根据论述和调查的结果,提出适合成都市农村群众体育开展的对策:促进农民经济建设,提高农民的物质生活水平;加大农村体育的宣传力度,完善体育意识,培养农民正确的体育价值观;加强成都市体育局对农村群众体育的管理;利用学校潜在的资源,延伸学校体育的功能;加强农村体育场地设施的建设和管理.%I adopted the method of documentary, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and logic analysis to analyze rural public participation in physical exercise, sports and health of consciousness, and sports consumption, rural social sports organizations in Chengdu, according to the survey, the proposal for Chengdu county rural sports development countermeasures is: to promote the economic construction ,to improve farmers material life level and the rural sports propaganda besides to perfect sports consciousness and to train farmers' right of sports value. Strengthening administration of Chengdu in rural mass sports management, Using of resources in school and the extension of potential function of school sports, and strengthening the construction of rural sports playgrounds and facilities and management were essential too.
