冠状动脉瘘的超声心动图诊断(附12例报告及文献复习)

摘要

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of echocardiography on coronary artery fistula through reviewing the cases and literature. Methods Echocardiography of 12 coronary artery fistula was analyzed. Diagnostic results of 5 cases by echocardiography,coronary,ascending aortic and operation were adalyzed. Results The diagnoses by echocardiography, eor onary, ascending aortic angiography and operation reached in agreement. Conclusion Echocardiography can display the enlarged coronary artery and its course and blood flow at the fistula, it becomes the first choece for diagnosing the coronary artery fistrla.%目的 通过回顾和文献复习,探讨超声心动图对冠状动脉瘘的诊断价值.方法 分析12例冠状动脉瘘的超声心动图表现,其中5例升主动脉、冠状动脉造影和手术.结果 冠状动脉瘘的超声瘘的超声心动图诊断与造影、手术结果相符.结论 超声心动图能显示扩张的冠状动脉及走行以及瘘口血流状况,是诊断冠状动脉瘘的首选方法.
