目的 对汶川地震重灾区医务工作者职业倦怠影响因素进行分析,并提出对策建议.方法 采用文献研究、卫生统计学等方法.结果 预测情感衰竭维度和去人格化维度的回归分析中进入回归方程的显著变量均有9个,预测个人成就感维度的回归分析中进入回归方程的显著变量有5个.结论 职业倦怠回归方程有较好预测性,同时可为评价结果的解释提供依据；重点减少医务工作者在工作特征、职业生涯、家庭冲突维度上的工作压力；加强对医务工作者心理健康的维护和人格的锻炼,培养健全的人格；开展应对方式的指导,促进其采用积极应对方式.%Objective To analyze the bumout factors of the medical workers in Wenchuan quake-hit, and to propose countermeasures. Methods Literature research, health statistics and other methods. Results There are nine significant variables into the regression equation when predicting the personification of emotional exhaustion dimensions in the regression analysis; There are five significant variables into the regression equation when predicting personal accomplishment dimension in the regression analysis. Conclusion The regression equation of Bumout has better predictability, while it can provide the interpretation basis for the evaluation of the results; reducing the work pressure of medical workers,improving their wages and increasing their social status; strengthening the mental health and exercising the character of medical workers, carrying out the guidance of coping styles.
