急诊外科手术患者死亡原因分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the cause of death of patients under operation in the emergency surgical department,and supply evidence for the construction of the surgical department. Methods The retrospective study and the descriptive analysis were adopted to analyze the cause of death of patients in the last three years in our department. Results Trauma was the first cause of death of patients under operation in the surgical department, and acute inflammation of digestive system was the second reason. Other reason only took a little part. Conclusion The surgical ward of emergency department should focus on the construction of traumatic and general surgery.%目的 分析急诊手术患者死亡原因,为急诊学科建设提供依据.方法 采用回顾性分析法,对我院急诊科近三年急诊手术死亡患者死亡原因进行描述性分析.结果 急诊手术患者死亡原因以创伤为主(占总体36.1%),其次是消化系统恶性肿瘤疾病(占总体27.9%),再次是消化系统急性炎症(占总体26.2%),另外有很少部分其他系统疾病.结论 急诊外科应重视创伤学科建设并加强急诊外科医生普外科危重病者救治能力的培养.
