人前列腺不同生长发育期雄激素受体表达变化

         

摘要

目的 检测雄激素受体(AR)在人前列腺不同生长发育时期表达的变化,探讨它们变化的病理意义.方法 采用免疫组化两步法检测10例胎儿前列腺(EP)、10例正常前列腺(NP)、20例前列腺增生(BPH)、20例雄激素依赖性前列腺癌(ADPC)和15例激素非依赖性前列腺癌(AIPC)组织的AR表达.结果 EP细胞浆和细胞核均有AR表达,且间质细胞AR表达先于腺上皮AR表达.NP组织的AR表达主要集中在上皮细胞核,与EP相比,基底细胞和间质细胞AR表达明显减少,而BPH组织的腺上皮细胞和间质细胞均有AR的较强表达.AR在前列腺癌(Pca)的表达位于癌细胞核,AIPC的AR表达比ADPC明显增强.结论 AR表达的变化与人前列腺不同生长发育时期和前列腺癌的发生发展密切相关.%Objective To examine the expression transformation of androgen receptor( AR) in different development period of prostatic tissues and explore the pathology significance. Methods The AR expression of prostatic specimens was detected by two stage immunohistochemical medhod in 10 embryo prostatic tissues(EP) 、 20 normal prostatic tissues (NP) 、20 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH ) 、20 cases with androgen dependent prostate cancer( ADPC)and 15 cases with androgen independent prostate cancer (AIPC) respectively. Results The AR expression in EP lay in both gland epithelium nucleus and cytoplasm, what's more, the AR expression in stromal cell was prior to that in gland epithelium. The AR expression in NP mainly located in the gland epithelium nucleus and that in prostatic stromal cell and basal cells was lower than that in EP,while the AR expression of BPH in gland epidermis nucleus and stromal cell was more strongly than that in NP. The AR expression in Pea lay in nucleus and that in AIPC was more strongly stained than that in ADPC. Conclusion The transformation of AR expression may play an important role in the development of prostate and the evolvement of prostate cancer.
