彩超导向下经皮肾穿刺造瘘术治疗肾积水的临床应用

摘要

目的 探讨彩超导向下经皮肾穿刺造瘘术治疗肾积水的临床意义.方法 在彩超导向下,对46例肾积水患者行经皮肾穿刺造瘘术.结果 46例患者共49次穿刺造瘘置管,全部一次性成功,成功率100％,无严重并发症.结论 经皮肾穿刺造瘘术能够改善肾功能,避免肾功能因梗阻而衰竭,是一项操作简便、有效且并发症少的治疗方法.%Objective To discuss the clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy fistulation for treating hydronephrosis. Methods Color doppler ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy was performed in 46 patients. Results Totally 49 kidney were performed in 46 patients with successful rate of 100% , no serious complications. Conclusion The operation of percutaneous renopuncture fistulation under the guidance of color doppler ultrasound has is successful rate. It is safe and effective,with less injury,and having high practical value.
