目的：评价子宫下段横形环状压迫缝合术( TACS)治疗前置胎盘剖宫产后出血的临床疗效。方法2011年1月至2013年6月我院应用TACS治疗前置胎盘剖宫产后出血12例,回顾性分析该方法的有效性及远期影响。结果应用TACS治疗的12例患者均成功保留了子宫,其中有3例同时行了B-lynch缝合术,2例行了预防性子宫动脉上行支结扎术,2例同时行了“8”字缝合术。所有患者在随访期内均没有相关并发症的发生。结论 TACS是治疗前置胎盘子宫下段出血的一种简单快速安全有效的方法。%Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transverse annular compression sutures ( TACS) in the treat-ment of bleeding within the lower uterine segment due to placenta previa during cesarean section. Methods TACS was applied a-mong 12 patients with bleeding due to placenta previa during cesarean section from January 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital, Retrospective analysis of the effectiveness and long-term effects of this technique. Results The TACS was successful in avoiding hysterectomy among 12 patients, three patients with uterine atony were managed with B-Lynch suture, two patients were managed with bilateral ascending uterine arteries ligation, 8-shape suture was done in 2 cases besides TACS. No surgery related complica-tions were noted at the follow-up examinations of 12 patients. Conclusion TACS is simple and effective surgical hemostasis way in the treatment of bleeding within the lower uterine segment due to placenta previa during cesarean section.
