Objective Discussion on silica gel catheter and latex catheter in the clinical application effect analysis.Methods Chosen in January 2012 to December 2012 in December admitted to the Department of Urology of indwelling catheter in 198 pa-tients, with the catheter material is divided into different silicide and silicon group group, pain was observed after intubation, patient comfort, anxiety, excessive urine at different time, incidence of urinary tract infection.Results All silicon group after catheteriza-tion patients comfort, 0 levels of pain patients was significantly higher than that of silicified group, anxiety, excessive urine, urinary tract infection and 3 levels of pain patients were lower than those in group two groups of indicators of silicification, contrast, there were significant differences, P<0.05.Conclusion Silicone catheter with good biocompatibility, low infection rate, high comfort, pain in patients with a low incidence of.But there are still infected, discomfort, needs to be studied further more suitable materials, to reduce the infection rate, improve patient comfort.%目的探讨全硅橡胶尿管与硅化乳胶尿管在临床应用效果分析。方法选择我科2012年1月至12月间住院留置导尿管患者198例,随导尿管材质不同分为硅化组和全硅组,观察插管后疼痛情况,患者舒适度、焦虑、溢尿发生率、不同时间段尿路感染情况。结果全硅组导尿术后患者总舒适度、0级疼痛患者明显高于硅化组,焦虑、溢尿、尿路感染及3级疼痛患者明显低于硅化组,两组各项指标对比,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论全硅橡胶导尿管生物相容性好、感染发生率低、患者舒适度高、疼痛发生率低。但依然有感染、不适等,有待进一步研究更合适材料,以降低感染发生率、提高患者舒适度。
