椎间孔镜结合针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床应用

摘要

Objective To explore the Acupotomy combined with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy for treatment of lumbar disc herniationadvantage. Methods In our hospital from 2010 October to 2013 October,20 cases of L4/5 pa-tients with disc herniation percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy removal of herniated intervertebral disc after opera-tion,following the line of the needle knife treatment,to observe the curative effect and complications of patients. Results The re-sults were evaluated by MacNab criteria:15 were excellent,4 were good,1 was ordinary. After 1 year follow-up,no recurrence of the symptoms of the patients. Conclusion Strict selection of surgical indication, intervertebral foramen application microscope combined with needle knife for treatment of lumbar disc diseases with less trauma,faster postoperative recovery,less complications.%目的：探索经皮椎间孔镜结合针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的优势。方法通过对本院2010年10月至2013年10月20例L4/5椎间盘突出症患者采用经皮椎间孔镜摘除突出椎间盘术后,继行针刀治疗,观察患者的疗效以及有无并发症。结果采用MacNab标准进行评分,15例“优”,4例“良”,1例“可”。术后随访1年,患者症状未见复发。结论严格选择手术适应症下,应用椎间孔镜结合针刀治疗腰椎间盘疾患具有创伤小、术后恢复快,后遗症及并发症少等优点。
