目的 探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在儿童急性坏死性筋膜炎治疗中的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析了2012年1月至2016年1月我院收纳的38例急性坏死性筋膜炎患儿,分为对照组20例,仅进行常规传统多个小切口切开引流治疗;观察组18例给予大切口+VSD引流治疗,其余治疗条件保持相同.比较观察组与对照组的治愈时间和换药次数,对VSD在儿童急性坏死性筋膜炎治疗中的临床效果进行评价.结果 观察组与对照组创面均达到完全愈合,观察组与对照组相比治愈时间明显缩短,换药次数明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 对急性坏死性筋膜炎患儿,进行VSD治疗不仅可以达到与传统治疗相同的治疗效果,并且,可以缩短治疗时间、减轻患儿治疗痛苦.%Objective To explore the clinical efficacy ofvacuum sealing drainage ( VSD) in the treatment of acute necro-tizing fasciitis in children. Methods In this retrospective analysis,we randomly assigned 38 children with acute necrotizing fasci-itis in the hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 into control and conservation group. 20 children in the control group only re-ceived conventional small incisions drainage treatment. The other 18 children received large incision together with VSD. And the other treatment conditions remained the same. The clinical efficacy of VSD in acute necrotizing fasciitis was evaluated by compa-ring the healing time and the number of dressing change between the two groups. Results Wounds in both groups were all healed. Compared with the control group,healing time in the conservation group was shortened significantly ( P<0. 01 ) and the number of dressing change in this group also significantly decreased (P<0. 01). Conclusion VSD can achieve the same thera-peutic efficacy as traditional therapy in children with acute necrotizing fasciitis. It can also shorten healing time and relieve the pain of children.
