富含脯氨酸蛋白11在人胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要

Objective To study the relationship between expression of proline rich protein 11 (PRR11) and clinicopatho-logical parameters of gastric cancer and the influence of PRR11 expression on the prognosis of gastric cancer patients. Methods The expression of PRR11 in 132 patients with gastric cancer was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining of their gastric cancer tissue specimens. Results Among the132 cases of gastric cancer tissue specimens,81(61. 4%) cases were PRR11 positive,while 51(38. 6%) cases were PRR11 negative. Overexpression of PRR11 had correlation with several clinicopathological features,such as depth of invasion,degree of cancer differentiation,TNM staging. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that survival periods of PRR11 negative patients were significantly longer than those of PRR11 positive patients. COX risk regression model analysis showed that PRR11 expression was an independent prognostic factor in patients with gastric cancer. Conclusion PRR11 is highly expressed in some gastric cancer tissue,associated with a number of clinicopathological parameters,which is an independent ad-verse prognostic factor in patients with gastric cancer.%目的 研究胃癌组织中富含脯氨酸蛋白11(PRR11)表达与胃癌临床病理参数之间的关系以及PRR11表达对胃癌患者预后的影响.方法 通过患者胃癌组织标本的免疫组化染色,评估了132位胃癌患者标本中PRR11的表达状况.结果 132例胃癌组织标本中,81(61.4%)例PRR11表达阳性,51(38.6%)例PRR11表达阴性.PRR11过表达和多个临床病理特征相关,如浸润深度、胃癌分化程度、TNM分期.Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示:PRR11表达阴性的患者生存期明显长于PRR11表达阳性的患者;COX风险回归模型分析显示PRR11表达是胃癌患者的独立预后因素.结论PRR11在部分胃癌组织中高表达,与多个临床病理参数相关,是胃癌患者独立的不良预后因素.
