目的：探讨腹腔镜经腹腹膜前补片植入术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效。方法纳入我院2010年至2014年收治的101例腹股沟疝患者,分为研究组(n=51)及对照组(n=50),研究组行TAPP,对照组行传统开放式无张力疝修补术。比较两组患者手术时间、住院时间、住院费用、术后恢复时间、并发症等情况。结果研究组患者手术时间显著高于对照组,住院时间、住院费用及术后恢复时间均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为11.8%(6/51),对照组并发症发生率为28.0%(14/50),两组患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1d、术后1个月VAS评分比较,研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TAPP治疗腹股沟疝疗效好、并发症少,具有创伤小、康复快、住院时间短、费用低、恢复快等优点。%Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic repair of inguinal hernia by abdominal perito-neum. Methods 101 cases of inguinal hernia patients selected from our hospital in 2010—2014 were divided into study group (n=51)and control group(n=50). The study group was treated with TAPP,while the control group was given the traditional open tension free hernia repair. The operation time, hospital stay, hospital costs, postoperative recovery time, complications and so on were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the length of stay,hospitalization expenses and postoperative recovery time were less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). The incidence of complications was respectively11. 8%(6/51)in the study group,28%(14/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0. 05). 1day and 1month after operation,according to the VAS score comparison,the study group was all lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion TAPP in the treatment of inguinal hernia had good curative effect,less complications,less trauma,faster recovery,shorter hospital stay,low cost,quick recovery and so on.
