目的 了解护士感知护士长领导风格与护士组织行为的现状及相关性.方法 采用便利抽样方法,对3所四川省三级甲等综合性医院符合纳入、排除标准的253名护士进行了问卷调查.结果 护士感知到护士长变革型领导风格均分为(2.31 ±0.56),其中智力激发(4.74 ±0.24)、感召力(2.73 ±0.33)、领导魅力(2.39 ±0.69)和个性化关怀(2.35 ±0.71);交易型领导风格均分为(1.76 ±0.66),其中权变奖赏(1.62 ±0.72)、主动例外管理(1.93 ±0.73)和被动例外管理(1.72 ±0.70).护士组织公民行为均分为(4.53 ±0.36),其中认同组织(5.93 ±0.30)、敬业守法(4.74 ± 0.24)、人际和睦(4.57 ±0.41)、保护组织资(4.55 ±0.55)和协助同事(4.34 ±0.68).主动例外管理和感召力对组织公民行为有正向预测作用.结论 护士长根据情境适时采用变革型领导风格与交易型领导风格可促进护士做出更多的组织公民行为.%Objective To understand the current situation and correlation between nurses perceived leadership styles of head nursesand nurses'organizational behavior.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among a total of 253 nurses from three first-class general hospitals in Sichuan province who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria by using the convenient sampling method.v The average score of nurses' perceived transformational leadership styles of the head nurses were(2.31 ± 0.56),among them,intelligence stimulation(4.74 ±0.24),emotional appeal(2.73 ±0.33),charisma(2.39 ±0.69)and in-dividualized care(2.35 ±0.71);The average score of transactional leadership style was(1.76 ±0.66),among them,contingent reward(1.62 ±0.72),active exception management 1.93 ±0.73)and passive exception management(1.72 ±0.70).The average score of nurses'organizational citizenship behavior was(4.53 ±0.36),among them,the identity of organization(5.93 ±0.30), dedicated and law-abiding(4.74 ±0.24),interpersonal harmony(4.57 ±0.41), protection of organizational resources(4.55 ± 0.55)and assistance to colleagues(4.34 ±0.68).Active exception management and charisma had positive predictive effect on or-ganizational citizenship behavior.Conclusion According to the situation,the head nurse adopts transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style in timecan promote nurses to do more organizational citizenship behavior.
