Objective To investigate the situation of constipation in patients receiving antidepressants,and analyze the in-fluencing factors of constipation. Methods The general situation of 283 outpatients with depression was evaluated by self-made questionnaire. The clinical symptoms of functional constipation in gastroenterology score was used to evaluate the symptoms of con-stipation patients. Logistic regression analysis was used to screen the main factors influencing constipation. Results 43. 3% pa-tients had different degrees of constipation after taking antidepressants. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that there was a correlation between the course of disease,the combination of medication,the presence of constipation before taking medicineand constipation after taking the medicine. Conclusion Patients with the longer course of disease, the use of other drugs and the presence of constipation before treatment will be more vulnerable to constipation after taking antidepressant medication. And we should strengthen the prevention of constipation in these patients.%目的 对接受抗抑郁药物治疗患者便秘情况调查,并对便秘影响因素进行分析.方法 使用自制调查量表对门诊283例抑郁障碍患者一般情况进行评估,使用功能性胃肠病学中便秘临床症状评分评估患者便秘症状,通过Lo-gistic回归分析筛选出影响便秘的主要因素.结果 43.3%患者服用抗抑郁药物后存在不同程度便秘.Logistic回归分析结果显示,病程、合并用药、服药前存在便秘与服药后发生便秘相关.结论 病程越长、合并使用其它药物及治疗前存在便秘者,服用抗抑郁药物治疗容易出现便秘,在这类患者中应加强便秘预防措施.
