家蝇总RNA的提取方法及其改进

摘要

本文采取异硫氰酸胍∶酚∶氯仿一步法，成功地从富含RNase的家蝇腹部提取出完整的总RNA，并针对家蝇腹部富含蛋白酶的特点，对一步法的某些细节做了适当的改进，检测结果表明，用这种方法提取的RNA质量高，可以用于进一步的分子生物学实验。%Intact total RNA of house fly with abundant in RNase have been successfully isolated from the abdomen by guanidine isothiocyanate,phenol and chloroform single-step method. Due to the RNase's abundance in the abdomen of house fly,the single-step method was modified in our experiment,and the results indicated that the total RNA isolated was good enough to be used in the future molecular biological research.
