沼气连续压力水洗提纯试验与分析

     

摘要

Purification of biogas by water absorb is an important way for biomass bio-gas purification of natural gas.This method is widely used in large and medium scale bio-as projects in Europe because of its advantages of environment friendly,simple process and high efficiency.According to the related theory and practical experience,constructed a set of biogas pressure water absorbing purification equipment.The experimental data were obtained by u-sing the equipment under different pressure and gas water ratio.In the experiment,the concentration of CO2 was reduced to 3.8%,which reached the standard of quality natural gas.The experimental results were compared with the results of the atmospheric pressure atomization water purification equipment,and the results show that the pressure is the most important parameter for the purification of the biogas water purification process.The experimental data were fitted by the function,and an empirical formula was obtained for the purification of the pressure,gas water ratio and CO2 removal rate.%沼气的水洗法提纯是一种重要的沼气提纯生物质天然气的方式,由于拥有环境友好、工艺简单、处理效率高等优势而广泛应用于欧洲的大中型沼气工程中.依据相关理论与实践经验,搭建了一套沼气连续压力水洗提纯设备.利用该设备在不同压力及气水比下进行试验,得到了相关的试验数据.试验中提纯沼气中CO2的浓度最低降到了3.8%,达到了天然气的标准.试验结果与常压雾化水洗设备的试验结果进行了对比分析,得出了压力是沼气水洗法提纯的最重要的工艺参数.将试验数据进行函数拟合,得到一条关于压力、气水比和CO2去除率的沼气水洗法提纯的经验公式.
