SO2在氧化物颗粒表面非均相反应研究

         

摘要

使用原位漫反射傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(DRIFTS) 研究了SO2在γ-Al2O3、Fe2O3、MnO2、CuO、CaO、MgO、TiO2、SiO2和ZnO 颗粒表面的非均相反应,考察了SO2在不同氧化物颗粒表面产物,得出SO2在γ-Al2O3、MgO、MnO2颗粒表面反应生成亚硫酸盐和硫酸盐,在Fe2O3、TiO2、CuO 颗粒表面反应仅生成硫酸盐,在CaO、ZnO 颗粒表面反应仅生成亚硫酸盐的结论,以硫酸盐生成量和颗粒物BET 面积获得了反应摄取系数,其中,MnO2颗粒表面生成硫酸盐速率最快,反应摄取系数为1. 15 × 10-6.%Heterogeneous reactions of SO2 on the surface of γ-Al2O3, Fe2O3, MnO2, CuO, CaO, MgO, TiO2, SiO2 and ZnO particles were studied by using in situ diffuse reflectance infrared fourier transform spectroscopy (DRIFTS) in this paper.And then the surface products of SO2 on different oxide particles were investigated. The main products of heterogeneous reactions of SO2 on γ-Al2O3, MgO and MnO2 particles were sulfite and sulfate, the product of heterogeneous reactions of SO2 on Fe2O3, TiO2 and CuO particles was sulfate only, and the product on CaO and ZnO particles was sulfite only. At last, the reaction absorb coefficients were calculated based on the sulfate production amount and particle BET area, among which, the rate of sulfate formation on the surface of the MnO2 particles was the fastest, and the uptake coefficient was 1. 15 × 10-6.
