老年人户外活动空间环境设计研究——以徐州市奎园居住区为例

摘要

Taking both the phisical and psychological need of elderly people into account, the artical probed into the principles and questions of elderly-suitable exterior environment planning and design. And taking Kuiyuan residential block as an example,we did a series of researches on circulation, neighbourhood space, vegetation and facilities, trying to create an outdoor environment that is appropriate for the phisical and psychological features of the senior citizens.%结合老年人心理需求、生理需求和行为习惯,探讨了老龄化社会背景下的适老性居住区的外部环境规划和设计需要注意的原则和问题,并结合奎园居住区的设计实践,从交通、邻里空间、绿化景观、户外设施等方面进行了探索,力图营造出适应老年人特征和习惯的居住区外部环境.
