蝴蝶形钢板剪力墙-自复位钢框架结构体系性能研究

         

摘要

Self-centering steel frame with infilled butterfly-shaped steel plate walls is an innovative structure system.It combines the advantage of infill butterfly-shaped steel plate walls and self-centering steel frame.With ANSYS software,the capacity and hysteretic curve of butterfly-shaped infill walls,self-centering steel frame and composite structure can be obtained.By observing the capacity curve,the stiffness of the structure and the relationship among bearing capacities under different parameters can be evaluated.By observing the hysteretic curve,energy dissipation capacity and self-centering capacity can be evaluated by the area of hysteresis loop and residual drift.The results show that infill butterfly-shaped walls own excellent ductility performance,which is helpful to absorb and dissipate seismic energy.In order to make full use of the strength of infill wall,some parameters need to be limited,such as b/t. Increasing plate thickness t or decreasing the number of rows m will enhance the energy dissipation capacity of the entire structure. Carrying capacity of the entire structure is not a simple superposition of infill walls and self-centering steel frame,but need to be multiplied by a reduction coefficient,whose value is about 0. 18.%蝴蝶形钢板剪力墙自复位钢框架结构作为一种新型结构体系,结合了蝴蝶形钢板延性耗能和自复位钢框架复位能力的优势.通过ANSYS有限元软件分别对蝴蝶形钢板、自复位钢框架以及二者组合而成的结构体系进行了模拟分析,得到系列试件的能力曲线和滞回曲线.根据能力曲线计算找出显著屈服点,评估不同参数下结构刚度变化与承载能力之间的联系;根据滞回曲线计算得到的能量耗散系数和残余层间侧移角评估整体结构的耗能能力和复位能力.分析结果表明:在钢板的单推过程中,蝴蝶形钢板剪力墙显示出了卓越的延性性能,有利于吸收和耗散地震能量;设计时要控制开缝参数b/t,确保蝴蝶形钢板的稳定性,使蝴蝶形钢板的强度得以充分发挥;增加蝴蝶形钢板厚度t以及减少开缝排数m会增强整个结构的耗能能力,使得滞回曲线更加饱满;整个结构体系的承载能力并不是内填钢板和外围框架承载能力的简单叠加,而是要乘以一个折减系数,折减系数初步分析为0.18.本文的模拟研究结果可作为后续试验研究的依据.
