非连续级配再生粗骨料自密实钢渣混凝土试验研究

         

摘要

In order to study the feasibility of self-compacting recycled concrete with steel slag.The influence of steel slag to workability and curves of compressive strength are researched with the controlled variable method.The results indicate that self-compacting recycled concrete with steel slag can be produced.When the cement is replaced with 10% steel slag the workability of self-compacting recycled concrete is best.Compressive strength of different curing period has declined with the increase of steel slag.When the cement is replaced with 10% steel slag the compressive strength of self-compacting recycled concrete is best.It's little influence to the 28d compressive strength when the cement is replaced with 20% steel slag.%为了研究钢渣制备自密实再生混凝土的可行性,采用控制变量法,研究了不同钢渣掺量对其工作性能、不同龄期立方体抗压强度的影响.试验结果表明:掺加一定量的钢渣可以配制出满足工作性能、强度要求的自密实再生混凝土.当钢渣掺量为10%时工作性能最好;随着钢渣掺量的增加,不同养护龄期的立方体抗压强度均有所下降.钢渣掺量在10%时,立方体抗压强度最大,掺量为20%时,对混凝土28 d立方体抗压强度影响不大.
