俄罗斯加入世贸组织对黑龙江省与俄经贸合作的影响

摘要

As one of provinces adjacent to Russia,Heilongjiang's trade with Russia has consecutively accounted for over 1/4 of the trade value between China and Russia.Russia's accession to WTO since August,2012 certainly exerts much influence on economic and trade cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and Russia,which,to Heilongjiang Province,is a challenge as well as an opportunity.In response to the issue,Heilongjiang Province will adopt measures like regulating trade behavior,cultivating compound talents,expanding agricultural cooperation with Russia,and developing processing trade with Russia,and so on.%黑龙江省作为我国与俄罗斯毗邻的省份之一,对俄贸易连续多年占全国对俄贸易的1/4以上。2012年8月,俄罗斯正式加入世界贸易组织,势必会对黑龙江省对俄经贸合作产生一定的影响。对黑龙江省来说,这既是机遇也是挑战。黑龙江省可采取规范贸易行为、加强培养复合型人才、拓展对俄农业合作、发展对俄加工贸易等应对措施。
