俄罗斯加入世贸组织对其贸易壁垒的影响

摘要

At the end of 2011,Russia joined the WTO successfully.Affected by the related rules of WTO,its trade barrier changed greatly,which showed variability.From 2008,Russia＇s trade barrier changed gradually concerning automobile,agricultural products,energetic products,which had an important effect on the expansion of its export and import and disturbed healthy development of Sino-Russia trade.So,from China＇s perspective,our enterprises should learn a lot about the rules of the WTO,increase safeguarding consciousness,face the barriers actively,build high quality brand,break technical trade barrier and cooperate with Russia.With all these ways,Sino-Russia trade can be improved healthily.%2008年以后,争取加入世贸组织的俄罗斯在汽车、农产品、能源资源性产品等方面的贸易壁垒变化明显并呈现多样性。2011年末俄加入世贸组织,但其贸易壁垒将长期存在,其中关税壁垒将降低,非关税壁垒将进一步增多。所以,中国企业要充分了解世贸组织规则,不断增强维权意识,在遭遇贸易壁垒时要积极应对,特别要注意团结作战,打造名牌产品,打破技术性贸易壁垒,从而促进中俄贸易健康有序发展。
