办公信息化建设与基层政府形象传播研究

摘要

Local government as a public oriented front-line manager and direct facilitator, should actively respond to the development of the information era, and integrate office information construction with local government image communication. Through analysis on the present situation of local government office information, the author proposes the practical scientific development strategies, which have great practical and application value on promoting office information construction's overall rapid development and enhancing local government's credibility and executive ability.%基层政府作为面向公众的一线管理者和直接推动者，要积极应对信息时代发展，把办公信息化建设与基层政府形象传播有机地结合起来。通过对基层政府办公信息化现状分析，提出符合实际的科学发展对策，对于促进办公信息化建设全面快速地发展、增强基层政府的公信力和执行力而言，具有极大的实践价值和应用价值。
