大型组块横向滑移装船可行性分析

     

摘要

大型结构物滑移装船是海洋石油工程的一项关键技术,根据船舶在码头前沿的摆放形式,可分为横向装船和纵向装船。装船过程中需要综合考虑驳船浮态、稳性、船体/结构物强度、潮汐以及驳船的调载能力等多种因素。论文应用 Moses 软件,对某超万吨级组块在半潜驳上的装船过程进行模拟,评估横向装船的可行性,所用方法可供今后工程项目借鉴。%  Slippage load-out of large structure is a key technology in marine petroleum engineering. There are two types of load-out according to relative position between the vessel and the structure. Floating condition, stability, strength, tide and ballasting capacity will affect the shipment processing. All these factors should be taken into consideration when determining load-out layout. In this paper, software MOSES has been adopted to evaluate the feasibility of transverse load-out with deck weight more than 10,000 tons, and it is hopeful to provide some enlightenments for further engineering design.
