中国首艘VLGC的设计和建造

         

摘要

通过对我国造船业首次涉足的VLGC船型的设计建造关键点进行识别,并运用先进的船舶研发设计手段和工具开展了相关研究工作。运用CFD辅助开展了船型的船体线型开发、优化,完成了复杂的破舱稳性分析;自行开发船体结构温度场分析软件和菱形独立液舱强度分析软件,对菱形独立液舱的晃荡载荷及结构强度进行了评估,对菱形独立液舱支撑系统的作用原理进行了研究;利用FEM软件完成了船体+液舱+支撑的综合直接强度分析,对于液货系统及机电系统也进行了全方位的研究。由于VLGC建造的难度远大于设计的难度,因而在承接订单前开展了大量的建造研究工作,并在建造过程中通过建造了实际尺度的模拟舱从而系统地掌握了VLGC设计建造的关键技术。最终,成功地完成了83000 m3 VLGC的设计建造技术研究,并相继获得了多批建造订单。%Research on VLGC has been accomplished, via finding out the key issue of its design and construction, and employing advanced design technique and tools. CFD is used in hull line development and optimization, and then damage stability and general arrangement design is completed. Some specialized tools for temperature distribution analysis and cargo tank strength check are developed to improve design efficiency and quality. The sloshing load on independent tank and function of support system is investigated. In order to ensure the safety of the vessel, a 3D FEM structure analysis, including hull, tank and support, is finished. Cargo handling system and machinery, electrical system on the vessel are researched. As the construction of VLGC is much more difficult than its design, vast amount of construction study is implemented before the contract order. A real scale mock-up has been fabricated to get more know-how of VLGC construction. Series of building contracts have been acquired after the hard work on VLGC design and construction research.
