帕累托图（Pareto chart）在深水铺管起重船建造QHSE管理中的应用

The DPV project is huge system engineering, in which many factors affecting the construction quality and hidden safety troubles existed. In QHSE management process, with the help of the figure of Pareto (Pareto chart), the classification of phenomenon and reason for each problem is carried out, the important issues are discovered, and then corresponding measures can be taken, so that the difficulties in QHSE management are overcome.%深水铺管起重船工程项目是庞大的系统工程，影响建造质量的因素多，现场存在的安全隐患多。在QHSE管理过程中，用帕累托图（Pareto chart）针对问题点按现象、原因进行分类，发现重要问题点，并采取相应的对策，解决QHSE管理中所面临的困难。
