螺旋桨性能分析与优化设计中桨毂的影响分析

     

摘要

Based on numerical lifting line theory, systematical optimal design and analysis methods are established respectively with hub image system in order to analyze the hub effect in propeller design and analysis procedure. High ordered surface panel method and RANS codes are also adopted to analyze hydrodynamic performance and the distribution of radial circulation. Performance of a propeller without considering hub effect in design is analyzed and compared with that considering hub effect in design. Two optimal propellers are designed with and without the hub, and hub effect is studied in detail. It is shown that the circulation distribution of DTMB-4119 propeller is close to optimal one. Some further considerations for improving optimal circulation distribution are suggested.%针对螺旋桨性能分析与优化设计中桨毂的影响,建立了基于数值升力线模型和桨毂镜像涡系统的螺旋桨几何形状的分析程序和以最佳效率为目标的优化设计程序。使用高阶面元法和RANS方法进行性能分析和径向环量分布计算。分析了不考虑桨毂影响设计的桨在实际运转中与设计预定性能的差异,并分析了考虑与不考虑桨毂影响的最佳环量分布的两个桨在实际运转中的差异,从而看到桨毂的影响。对DTMB4119桨进行了分析,该桨的环量分布接近于最佳环量分布。作者还提出了对环量分布优化应进一步考虑的问题。
