甲板舷侧大开口结构应力集中分析及钢模试验

         

摘要

Based on the results of coarse mesh analysis,a cabin FEM with fine mesh in high stress zones of a certain type of ship which has large opening on deck broadside was established and the structure stress concentration was studied using software MSC.Nastran.Assuming the stress-strain curve of material is divided linear elastic,the stress distribution and plastic zone expansion way near large opening corners while yield occurrence were analyzed by way of elastic-plastic FEM calculation.A steel model test of deck broadside with large opening was carried out and the accuracy of FEM calculation results was proved by test results.The study results for deck broadside with large opening of ship in this article have great reference value for strength criterion establishment and optimization of this special structure.%在粗网格有限元模型计算结果的基础上,建立了某船甲板舷侧大开口高应力区局部细化的舱段有限元模型,并利用有限元软件MSC.Nastran对其应力集中现象进行了分析.基于材料分段线弹性假设,对该船甲板舷侧大开口结构有屈服点出现后,角隅区域的应力分布和塑性区扩展规律进行弹塑性有限元计算,并开展了甲板舷侧大开口钢质模型试验,试验结果验证了弹塑性有限元计算结果的准确性.本文的研究成果对于大型船舶甲板舷侧大开口这类特殊结构的强度衡准制定以及局部结构优化设计具有重大的参考价值.
