The element (100) has a top side with a structure made of elastic material e.g. rubber, where the structure has skid resistance of 40 points during a skid resistance tester (SRT)-pendulum test. The structure has a set of convex projections with mean radius of 0.1 mm to 5 mm. Components comprise a circular sector (10) and a circular ring sector (20) that are extended at an angle (alpha). The components comprise fasteners for lateral connection with underground. The fasteners comprise through-holes (11, 21) for screw fastening.
