基于Ansys子模型法的肘板结构优化

     

摘要

基于Ansys子模型法,建立压力容器平面舱壁主构架与耐压壳体连接处肘板结构参数化模型,进行三角形肘板和弧形肘板的应力与疲劳寿命仿真分析。并在此基础上进行Ansys与Matlab联合双目标遗传算法优化计算,优化后的肘板结构质量大大减轻,疲劳寿命显著提高,本文方法可为此类结构的强度分析及优化设计提供参考。%Basedonthesub-modelmethodofAnsys,thepaperbuildsabracketparameterized model which was welded at the joint of the main truss between bulkhead beam and pressure shell. The paper simulates the stress and fatigue life of the triangle and curved brackets. Applied genetic algorithms method with Matlab and Ansys software co-simulation, the paper bring out a practical optimization method of curved bracket truss. The optimized bracket′s capability of mass and fatigue life improved obviously,so the method could provides reference for intensity analysis and optimum design of the bracket connections.
