基于 PLC 的船用油水分离监控系统设计

         

摘要

随着海洋的大规模开发和世界贸易经济的蓬勃发展,航运业发挥着越来越重要的作用,承担了世界90%以上的外贸运输,在推动经济繁荣发展的同时,也给我们赖以生存的海洋环境带来了极大污染。海洋环境的保护越来越受到人们的普遍关注,因此需要油水分离监控系统对船舶排污的油水含量进行监控。本文在国际公约和国内法规的基础上,结合实际情况,参考一般船舶机舱油水分离器的要求,设计一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的船用油水分离监控系统,该系统不仅可以实现船用油水分离器的主要功能,而且可以实现对油水分离状况进行实时监控,可以对海洋的污染降到最低。%With the vigorous development of the marine development and the world trade economy, the shipping industry plays a more and more important role, the shipping industry undertakes more than 90% of the world foreign trade transportation. It promotes the development of the economic boom and at the same time brings great pollution to our survival of the marine environment. Marine environment protection gets more and more attention of the people, so we need the oil-water separation system to monitor oil and water content of the pollutants by the ships. According to the international conventions and domestic laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation, refer to the requirement of marine engine-room oil-water separator, this paper design a kind of marine oil-water separator monitoring system based on programmable logic controller(PLC), the system can achieve the function of marine oil-water separator operation, and can realize real-time monitoring of the oil-water separation condition, which will reduce the pollution of the sea to minimize.
