基于新IGC的液化气船独立液舱内部压力计算分析

     

摘要

As the New-IGC required, 3-D acceleration ellipsoid method should be used to calculate the internal pres-sure of independent cargo tanks. Comparing to traditional 2-D method, it could get the internal pressure of any location ac-curately, but more complicated, especially for tanks with anomalous boundary. In this paper, calculation method of internal pressure has been investigated, and the formulae of 3-D acceleration and largest liquid height were given. On purpose of im-prove efficiency, a dedicated program has been developed. A target ship has been selected to execute the analysis, and some conclusions have been acquired. It could be taken as a significant reference for structure design of independent cargo tank.%新版IGC明确要求应采用三维加速度椭球法计算独立液舱的内部压力,相对于传统的二维计算法,该方法能够更加准确的确定液舱各位置的内部压力,但是计算也更加复杂,尤其对于几何形状不规则的液舱.本文研究了液化气船独立液舱内部压力的计算方法,给出了三维加速度及最大液柱高度的计算公式,编制了专用计算程序,并将其应用于某型实船液舱内部压力计算,得出若干结论,对于独立液舱的结构设计具有重要的参考意义.
