对内河旅游船航行安全的几点建议

摘要

在分析“COSTA CONCORDIA”号在意大利海域触礁搁浅事故的基础上，结合MSC会议相关的系列措施及我国内河旅游船的航行环境及特点，从机舱保护、救生、破损稳性、事故手册及管理措施等多方面提出对我国内河旅游船的改进措施和建议，以保护船舶航行安全及游客的人身安全。%The causes of the COSTA CONCORDIA accident are investigated .In light of the relevant measures of MSC meet-ings, the navigation environment and characteristics of inland waterways cruise vessels in our country , the improvement measures and recommendations are proposed to protect the safety of ship for inland waterways cruise vessels form the view of engine room protecting, rescue, damage stability, accident manual and management measures .
