为了解决船舶主机在全速或者半速2种工况下都能驱动定距桨和轴带发电机,为该船配置变速齿轮箱,通过全速/半速离合器进行切换,实现2种工况都能保持轴带发电机转速恒定.介绍特殊的2档恒速主机(全速-半速)驱动定距桨和轴带发电机以及电站管理系统控制轴带发电机的原理,保证船舶电站的安全可靠性和经济性.%In order to use shaft generator when main engine drives fixed pitch propeller at full speed or half speed, the 31 200 t multi-purpose vessel equips with variable speed gear box to keep shaft generator speed constant by change-over full speed/half speed clutch.The principle of controlling the special shaft generator under constant speed main engine (full speed-half speed) to drive the fixed pitch propeller was described, as well as its power management system.The system can ensure safety reliability and economy of power system.
